    We offer Standard and Express shipping options within Australia.

    International shipping is available to select locations.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

    Same state (WA): 1-3 business days

    Interstate (Australia): 6-8 business days

    International: 7-20+ business days (varies by destination and shipping method)

    Order Tracking

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched (if tracking is available for your selected shipping method).

    Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

    Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

    We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at howdy@neighbourhoodpress.net within 14 days of delivery.

    Include photos of the item and packaging for assessment.

    If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

    Faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided.

    Change of Mind Returns

    We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing an order.

    Return Process

    If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

    Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

    Refunds

    Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

    Please allow 3-4 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary by bank.

  • Once dispatched, orders are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

    If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking details or contact us for assistance.

  • Our products are printed in small batches using a Risograph printer, which prints one colour at a time.

    Riso printing naturally results in unique quirks, including:

    • Misregistration (slight colour misalignment)
    • Uneven coverage
    • Grainy textures

    These are not defects but part of the Risograph’s charm, making each print unique.

    Colours may appear different on screen compared to the final printed product.
