For the love of print.

Paper and ink, it’s just what makes us tick. In a world that is increasingly intangible, we are drawn to create printed matter that can be held in the hands of makers, thinkers and creators.

Neighbourhood Press was founded in 2016 by design and printmaking duo Nora and Scott Alexander-Mironov. They work from their studio in the portside town of Walyalup/Fremantle to create products that are known for their bright colours and playful illustrations.

They started their Risograph journey while living in London with the hope of one day starting a studio of their own. Fast forward nine years and here they are, sharing their illustrations and love of print by making greeting cards and stationery, with the help of best friend and studio hound, Magpie.

Small but mighty.

Proudly creating products that provide a sustainable and local alternative to mass produced paper goods.

At Neighbourhood Press we take a small-batch approach when creating work, producing our products by hand in limited editions. This gives us the flexibility to surprise you with something new, unique and unexpected every time you visit our store.

Supporting the planet.

We have created our range of paper goods with a strong focus on our environmental footprint.

As a studio we are committed to reducing our impact and when supporting Neighbourhood Press you can be assured that we use no single use plastics within our products with all our packaging being fully compostable or recyclable.

We ensure all the paper and paper products we use are sustainably sourced and are 100% recycled made from post consumer waste in a process chlorine free and acid free environment. We print using plant-based and non-toxic inks on low energy, Risograph printers. Day to day in the studio we keep all wastage to a minimum by up-cycling our test prints and ink tubes and recycling all else.
